At Karbooz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or used jewelry
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper care
• Items returned without original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3) How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, you must contact us first.
To request a return, email us at:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
4) Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
• Karbooz is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization email.
5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be denied.
6) Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
8) Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and returned in eligible condition, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
